Then it should be delivered to the customer's order prepared as (raw, electrostatic paint (powder), anodizing and decorative or wood design).

Heat treatment or in other words, aging of aluminum profiles is done to increase the strength and durability of surfaces and creates uniform hardness in them. Such heat treatments should be performed for different types of alloys to achieve the desired hardness and strength.

How to perform heat treatment in the aging furnace

In fact, this stage of work is in such a way that after cutting the profiles and making them in the desired size and size, the profiles are transferred into the furnaces to increase their hardness and strength to the desired level.

Decreased temperature on the surface:

In these furnaces, the temperature is raised to the desired level to achieve the desired result. The high temperature created by the inside of the furnace must be reduced over a period of time, in other words, the cross-section must be well cooled.

Measurement of surface hardness with the help of special devices:
